Where to find Unique Souvenirs and Gifts in Paris

What’s a trip to Paris without bringing back some cool souvenirs and gifts? The question is, where do you go when your looking for souvenirs that aren’t the cheesy, massly produced Eiffel Tower key chains or I heart Paris stuff? If you’re trip is coming to an end and it’s time to fill your suitcases with some last minute finds. Or you are based in Paris and need to find a cool birthday gift or want to discover a local brand. Here is a  list of places in Paris that have one of a kind, quality items, for your different shopping needs!

Concept Stores

Merci– was once an old wallpaper shop turned concept store with ( clothing, accessories, home goods)

Front de Monde -The first concpet store with a selection of local creators who have an ethical or sustainable focus

We are Paris ( E-shop/ Pop Up)- Creators 100% made in France( jewelry, accessories, purses)

Fleux – several stores all right next to each other ( gifts, souvenirs, home goods). It’s impossible to leave here without buying something

La Passerelle Concept store ( Canal St.Martin)- they carry a nice selection of brands Made in Paris, Made in France and Made in Europe, and they have a nice low-key cafe in the back of the store.

Colette -if you are looking to splurge on some unique item

Noir Gaazol -Shop on wheels ( Tricycle & truck) and pop up shop (Clothes, accessories, jewelry, magazines, gifts ideas, a rotating selection of designers and products.

Klin d’oeil  -selection of handmade goods, every piece in the shop tells a story

Paris Rendez Vous – concept boutique right near Hotel de Ville, with a curated selection of products Made in France

La Chaise Lounge– eclectic items, great for souvenirs or gifts (various locations in Paris)

Le Marche Noir– this place and all the staff inside are cool without trying very hard, vintage clothing shop. The vibes in this shop feel like you’re shopping somewhere in Morocco

Maison Château Rouge – urban contemporary African wax brand made in Paris, E-shop and newly opened boutique in Chateau Rouge

Diyananko African goods- Little pieces of African right in Paris, hand picked by the owner during her travels.

Serigraphie Montmartre– down to earth local screen printing studio in Montmartre. They carry cool hand printed postcards ( 1 euro each), and tees that reflect everyday Parisian images. Everything inside is unique, hand made, and affordable.

Shakespeare & Co – Famous English bookstore orginally opened by George Whitman in 1951

Artazart Design BookStore – design books and magazines, nice selection of gifts as well

Food Related Gifts

Rue Montorgueil– is a go to place where you can find many things in one place (chocolate, jams, wine)

Librarie Gourmand – book store for the foodie, wine connoisseur, pastry chef…

Marriage Freres  – French gourmet tea company with over 500 references of teas

Local Coffee Roasters- Brûlerie de Belleville,Cafe Lomi, La CaféothèqueTerres de Cafe carry quality coffee roasted in Paris that you can bring back home with you. Artéfact is also a great place for teas and tea accessories.
