One of the perks of working on European projects is the travel. Work travels led me to spend a few days in Porto, Portugal last week. Most of my days were spent in meetings, but I managed to have a bit of free time to visit the city. From what I did see, I fell in love with the beautiful mosaic tile on most of the buildings, the food was delicious, and most of all, I was shocked at how cheap everything was. I don’t know why I am still amazed any time I leave Paris the price difference for things, I guess it just reinforces how expensive of a city Paris really is. In any case, here are some snapshots from my explorations.
