Local Guide to Paris Wellbeing

#Fit Paris

The fitness and well being scene in Paris, isn’t as engrained into the culture as it is in other cities I have visited in France, or other parts of the world, but it is growing! I must say I am still perplexed sometime when I  go to a yoga class, or a running group and I see people smoking post workout, but hey at least they got their exercise in? In any case, I have been really happy lately to see a variety of outlets that are accessible and affordable to stay active in Paris.
