Holybelly really knows how to do good coffee, brunch, and pretty much everything well. Their concept is simple. Good food, good coffee and good service in a consistent fashion. The team there is super friendly and they live true to their  motto – “Its good because we care”.  You can sense they get great joy in providing quality dishes from everything from the presentation down to the fresh/seasonal produce,  and their every changing menu and specials that will make your mouth water.

This week I tried their weekly weekend special. Huevos Rancheros- Tortillas with a black bean puree, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and fried eggs. If you are craving a savory brunch option this dish is a good choice. The black bean puree was full of flavors and all the ingredients just complemented each other so well.

My sister and I went into full splurge mode, and also stuck with our classic favorite- Pancakes, fried eggs, with burbon butter and maple syrup.

Their Chai Tea Lattes are also one of the best I have tried thus far in Paris.
